Tôi mơ ước điều gì?

 

Tôi mơ ước một điều thật đơn giản

Sống bình an không tham vọng cao sang

Một ngôi nhà trải mộng thênh thang

Mưa bão phải dừng lại trước cửa

Cho bình yên nương tựa

Bên trong nhà

Nghe tiếng em cười

Nguồn hạnh phúc ấm áp tình người.

 

Tôi mơ ước một buổi sáng bình yên

Một tách cà phê nồng ấm trên tay

Thơm hương vị tình thân cho ngày mới

Ở ngoài sân chim vui hót trên cây

Đón chào thêm một ngày

Chuyện buồn ngày hôm qua

Đã lùi lại thật xa.

 

Chỉ còn lại những niềm tin thứ tha

Chia hạt giống

Cho con chim đang hót

Đợi chờ bàn tay em

Rải hạt giống yêu thương.

 

Tôi có mơ ước gì đâu

Xóa tan đi những u sầu

Và yêu em đến ngàn sau

Cuộc đời này thật giản dị

Cứ vui, cứ sống, cứ yêu thôi

Tình yêu vốn dĩ là phép mầu.

What do I Dream of

 

I harbor dreams, though simple they may seem,

To dwell in tranquil realms devoid of strife,

Within a dwelling born of idyllic themes,

Where tempests yield before its gates of life.

For there, serenity shall find its rest,

And in its hallowed chambers,

I shall hear,

The melodic strains of my wedding blessed me,

As love's warm currents soothe away all fear.

I yearn for morns imbued with gentle peace,

A cup of coffee's warmth held in my hand,

Where friendship's fragrant whispers never cease,

And avian choruses in trees expand.

With open arms, a fresh day I will embrace,

As the sorrows of the past recede and wane,

Replaced by seeds of hope, love's tender trace,

Awaiting your touch, like gentle spring rain.

And what, you may inquire, fuels my dreams?

To banish sadness, cleanse my soul's terrain,

And love you 'til eternity's bright beams,

This life is so pure, yet infinitely plain.

To revel in joy's ethereal domain,

To live, to love, unburdened by the norm,

For love, indeed, a mystic force to gain,

A miracle profound, love's vibrant form.
